Submitting the form does not guarantee the requested date. Availability is subject to confirmation.
We offer two types of engagements
a. Guaranteed Threshold: The event organizer guarantees Nacho Shack a minimum sales threshold of $750 to cover our costs. If Nacho Shack fails to generate $750 in sales, the organizer will pay the shortfall. The truck will stay for the entire event. b. Non-guaranteed Engagement: The organizer does not pay or guarantee a specific amount. If the event is slow and it appears that we are not covering our costs, the truck may leave early.
Event Promotion
Nacho Shack invests in promoting your event, but we require the event organizer to be actively involved in marketing as well. If the organizer does not promote the event or there is little response from potential attendees, Nacho Shack may cancel the engagement. We encourage organizers to create a Facebook event and consider some paid search efforts. We can assist with marketing through Strategy Junkies, and we will match any funds the organizer invests in event marketing. Unforeseen Issues
Nacho Food Truck cannot be held liable for unforeseen issues. If our truck breaks down or a team member is unable to attend, we may have to cancel the event.
